Members who attended our Monthly Gathering on November 6 heard an educational presentation about cannabis from a certified cannabis sommelier.
Chariti Briosi's goal is to help reduce stigma and build understanding about cannabis, particularly as it relates to senior wellness and safe use. Chariti shared her personal experience with cannabis products and her role in the growing Canadian cannabis industry. She reviewed basic cannabis terminology, such as cannabinoids and terpenes, and the various cannabis products she brought for display (but no sampling!).
