The Hour Ramblers got a taste of summer as they made their loop through trails and neighbourhood streets, starting and ending at Quality Foods Comox.
With temperatures in the mid-20's under blue skies and with barely a breeze, we were soon quite warm and thankful for the shade of trees in parkland areas. Still, these conditions were the first of the season, making us think of beach and barbeques and other fun summer activities. For today...we enjoyed our meander.
Another sign of warmer days to come was the reappearance of monkeys on the Monkey Tree along one of the paths (they disappear during the winter months)
