Despite the threat of precipitation and winds, the Hour Ramblers got out on their Monday morning walk. No rain, other than a few misty drops, and the wind was only a factor while we were checking on the beach off Curtis Road.
Our route took us from the Brent Road parking lot off Lazo Road, down the Lazo Marsh Beaver Lookout trail to Curtis Rd and the beach and then up Brent Road to take a shortcut trail back onto our original trail and thus back to the parking lot. We then adjourned to Benino's Cafe in Comox for our debrief.
